Inside the 3-Day LIVE Experience

The same curriculum we run in Tampa, taught live with a Deal Team comprised of a business broker, M&A attorney, Quality of Earnings (QofE) attorney, insurance broker, and SBA loan broker.

Day 1 · Wednesday

Acquisition Entrepreneurship and Making an Offer

Day 1 covers deal sourcing, screening, and crafting thoughtful offers. You'll learn through real deals through live case studies, engaging directly with our SBA loan and business broker to learn financing and positioning with sellers.

Day 2 · Thursday

Due Diligence & Financial Analysis

Day 2 focuses on financial analysis and due diligence. Using our ongoing case study approach, you'll practice valuation, financial modeling, and explore critical third-party diligence topics including tax, insurance, and quality of earnings with our Deal Team experts.

Day 3 · Friday

Capital Raising and Alumni CEO Case Studies

Day 3 wraps with best practices for equity capital raising and a preview into post-acquisition life with our Alumni CEOs. You'll learn how to structure the equity raise and gain real-world insights from Alumni who've successfully completed their own acquisitions.
