Our flagship curriculum, taught live with a Deal Team made up of a business broker, M&A attorney, Quality of Earnings (QofE) provider, insurance broker, and SBA loan broker.
Day 1 covers deal sourcing, screening, and crafting thoughtful offers. You'll work through live case studies and engage directly with our SBA loan broker and business broker to learn financing and how to position yourself with sellers.
Day 2 focuses on financial analysis and due diligence. Using our ongoing case study approach, you'll practice valuation, financial modeling, and explore critical third-party diligence topics including tax, insurance, and quality of earnings with our Deal Team experts.
Day 3 wraps with best practices for equity capital raising and a preview of post-acquisition life with our Alumni CEOs. You'll learn how to structure the equity raise and hear firsthand from alumni who've closed their own acquisitions.
