These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SMBootcamp products, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by SMBootcamp, LLC ("SMBootcamp," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any SMBootcamp Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All content provided is strictly educational. SMBootcamp does not guarantee any specific outcomes, business results, or financial performance from participating in any program.
All purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. In rare cases, alternate methods (e.g., wire transfer or cash) may be accepted with prior written approval. Pricing is displayed in USD and subject to change without notice.
No sales tax or VAT is collected at this time.
All sales are final. SMBootcamp does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
For live events, if a participant is unable to attend their registered session, they may request a one-time transfer to a future event, subject to availability and our sole discretion. No credits, partial refunds, or exceptions will be granted.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if we determine that the user has violated these Terms, including but not limited to: unauthorized sharing or reselling of content, abusive behavior, or platform misuse.
All content, videos, templates, documents, and instructional materials provided by SMBootcamp are the sole property of SMBootcamp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of the Services without our express written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SMBootcamp disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMBootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
SMBootcamp reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting a revised version on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
